They don’t even recommend installing with Windows 10 because there are enough built in video options with this operating system. So I did some research online and concluded that THIS IS OLD OUTDATED SOFTWARE as Apple stopped supporting QuickTime in 2016. So I sent the email with screenshots of all the errors and it’s 3 days with NO RESPONSE. So I tried contacting the eMedia (software maker) technical support line for help with this and there was a message saying to send an email as there is no phone support. The errors occurred during the installation of Apple QuickTime which is a required component to view the videos. This is fine but the problem I had is that the intermediate CD could not be installed without errors on my Windows 10 laptop and the program would not run.
